Program: Lucky's Reliable Home Services Customer SMS Program

By providing your mobile number on our online booking form (/book) or during a phone call with our office, and by checking the consent box(es), you agree to receive text messages from us. There are two distinct opt-ins:
Sample: Lucky's Reliable Home Services: Confirming your service on 5/22 between 10AM-12PM. Reply YES to confirm or call (813) 576-1822 to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out.
Sample: Lucky's: It's HVAC tune-up season — save $30 on a full system inspection through 6/30. Book at /book or call (813) 576-1822. Reply STOP to opt out.
Transactional: Up to 6 messages per active service (booking, confirmation, on-the-way, completion, invoice, review).
Marketing: Typically 2–4 messages per month. Frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and mobile plan. Lucky's Reliable Home Services does not charge for messages — your wireless carrier may.

Consent is collected on our public booking form at /book. There are two unchecked-by-default checkboxes on the review step:
Neither checkbox is pre-selected. We do not require marketing consent in order to book or receive service.
We will never share, sell, or rent your phone number or your text-message opt-in data to any third party or affiliate, including for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and message content are stored only by Lucky's Reliable Home Services and our SMS delivery partner (Twilio). For full details see our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile phone you provide. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and other major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may update these messaging terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email at least 30 days in advance.
